Russia, hit by months of Ukrainian drone strikes on refineries, pipelines and storage, plans to receive a cargo of gasoline by sea at a western port in June, industry sources said. The move is rare for one of the world’s largest crude and refined-product exporters. Recent strikes forced the TANECO and Moscow refineries to suspend processing. Sources said sea imports are likely a temporary, limited fix due to logistics constraints and elevated prices.
