China's State Council issued a plan to implement its employment-first strategy for the 15th Five-Year Plan period, calling for adaptation to AI to promote employment and entrepreneurship. It directs deeper implementation of an "AI+" initiative to drive AI application-scenario innovation and technology commercialization, explore new human-machine collaborative job forms, strengthen AI's employment-creation effects, and promote AI-enabled employment policies and services to leverage AI development
