June 17 — Fujian provincial government and the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) signed a strategic cooperation framework. The pact commits both sides to deepen collaboration on discipline development, policy consultation, innovation-platform construction, technology transfer and industrialization, and talent training and exchanges to support high-level scientific self-reliance and advance China’s modernization agenda.
