Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Ministry denied the claim the same day, saying an Afghan drone violated Pakistani airspace over the Khyber region, was identified and shot down by Pakistan’s air-defence systems, and asserting IS camps and several terrorist groups are in areas controlled by the Afghan government and are funded and operated by insiders within that government.
