ASEAN secretary-general said at a Jakarta forum marking the 5th anniversary of
the China‑ASEAN comprehensive strategic partnership that ASEAN and China should
deepen cooperation to address rising global challenges, prioritizing peace and
stability, digital transformation and innovation, energy cooperation, resilience
to transnational threats, and people‑to‑people connectivity. China’s ambassador
to ASEAN said Beijing is willing to expand cooperation with ASEAN in the digital
economy, AI, clean energy, blue‑economy development, agriculture and
climate-change response to promote innovation and green, sustainable growth in
the region.
