Beijing, June 22 — Wan Jinsong, deputy head of China’s National Energy
Administration, met Mohammed Abunayyan, chairman of Saudi International Power
and Water Company, to discuss deeper cooperation in clean energy. Wan said the
company is a globally recognised clean-energy developer with established
cooperation with Chinese energy firms in the Middle East, Central Asia and
Southeast Asia, and welcomed its participation in Chinese clean-energy projects
on market terms. He also expressed support for the firm partnering with Chinese
energy companies to expand into third‑country energy markets.
