Australia AI infrastructure firm Firmus Technologies Pty Ltd will partner with NVIDIA to build its first data center in Indonesia. A revenue-share and credit-support agreement allows Firmus to procure NVIDIA infrastructure for customers and covers up to 170,000 NVIDIA AI accelerator chips in 2027-28; the deal could generate up to $30bn of offtake (committed purchase) revenue over the project's first six years.
