He said Russia will not give Ukraine an opportunity to halt Russian advances and that Ukrainian strikes on Russian infrastructure will not alter frontline dynamics. Putin added Kyiv may undertake diversionary actions and that sabotage teams penetrating Russian-held areas are being quickly eliminated.
