Samsung group subsidiaries are slated to invest about 140 trillion won for an HBM wafer fab, advanced packaging, OLED output and battery lines; SK Hynix plans roughly 100 trillion won for NAND and advanced packaging fabs; Celltrion intends about 2 trillion won for biopharma facilities. Approximately 150 trillion won is earmarked for AI data centers. The government pledged financing, tax incentives and regulatory support to secure project implementation.
