Brazil's planning minister said the dividend tax shortfall will be offset by stronger revenues in other areas.

The National Development and Reform Commission said the domestic refined fuel price window opens at 24:00 on July 3. The NDRC Price Monitoring Center said international oil prices fell over the current pricing cycle (24:00 June 18–24:00 July 3). From 24:00 July 3, domestic gasoline and diesel prices will be cut by 950 yuan/tonne and 915 yuan/tonne, respectively. Nationwide averages: 92‑octane gasoline, 95‑octane gasoline and 0 diesel will drop 0.75, 0.79 and 0.78 yuan per litre. Filling a 50‑litre 92‑octane tank saves about 37.5 yuan. The adjustment is the largest year-to-date downward move.
