Guangzhou’s Nansha district opens applications for a trade-in old-for-new
commodity-housing subsidy from July 15, 2026 to July 15, 2027. Total subsidy
pool is 30 mln yuan, available until exhausted. For newly built commercial
housing with total purchase price ≤2,000,000 yuan the subsidy equals 1% of the
purchase price (rounded to the yuan); for purchases ≥2,000,000 yuan the subsidy
is a flat 20,000 yuan. Each resident’s sale of one second‑hand home may be
matched to one new home for a subsidy claim, and each new home may receive the
subsidy only once.
