Henan provincial government issued measures to boost high-quality private
investment, supporting private firms to undertake provincial key R&D projects
and to pursue core technologies in data security and data-fusion applications.
The plan urges private companies in key industrial chains and at critical nodes
to build industry, specialist and collaborative industrial-internet platforms
and identifier-resolution secondary nodes, and to integrate platforms and nodes
to drive upstream‑to‑downstream chain digital transformation. It also supports
construction of comprehensive digital‑intelligence enabling platforms in
priority areas, digitalization of industrial parks, and city pilot programmes to
advance SME digital upgrades.
