Ming‑Chi Kuo, analyst at Tianfeng International Securities, wrote on social
media that based on past patterns TSMC is unlikely to provide a major update on
glass core substrate (GCS)/CoPoS at its July investor briefing, noting TSMC
already disclosed key R&D results and unusually named partner suppliers at a
June Japan seminar. If Kuo's inference is correct, the likelihood that Innolux
and Ibiden will provide major GCS updates at their August briefings is also low.
