Gongda Keya shares fell again, leaving a 36.83% cumulative decline in July. The
company said its second-largest shareholder executed a 'clear-out' transfer of
shares, that the shareholder found and chose the counterparty independently, and
the listed company only fulfilled disclosure obligations. For 2025, net profit
attributable to the parent was 31.69 mln yuan, down 43.14% YoY; net profit
excluding non-recurring items was 11.70 mln yuan, down 68.84% YoY. The company
added its business is seasonal, with a fourth-quarter peak, and that some
contracts are still performed in other quarters.
