Under a maritime partnership signed today, UK and Dutch forces will be equipped with new amphibious transport ships. The UK will cooperate with Dutch industry to build the vessels at UK shipyards in a £2.4 bln deal.

Citigroup says Tencent’s AI agent WorkBuddy has reached about 20.0 mln MAU and over 13.0 mln DAU, with a DAU/MAU ratio of roughly 65–75%. Launched only months ago, Citigroup views the metrics as evidence of strong user stickiness and daily engagement, reflecting Tencent ecosystem strength, productivity-tool synergies and user trust in Tencent’s products and security. Citigroup maintains a Buy rating on Tencent (00700.HK) and keeps its PT at HK$763.
