Shenzhen Municipal Government Service and Data Administration published the 2026 List of AI Application Scenarios in Government Services (first batch), comprising 15 scenarios across decision support, government services, office automation, urban governance and livelihood services. The administration said the list reflects Shenzhen’s push to build an AI pioneer city via scenario-based rollout to deepen AI–government integration; the full annual list will be issued in three batches.
