It also backs Yangtze River Delta integration through new cooperation mechanisms and the creation of rural revitalization training bases and talent programs at external farms, and calls for deeper cross-regional agricultural cooperation and market/industry linkage with counterpart aid regions and cooperation bases.

Trump said the decision on whether to continue talks with Iran will be left to Witkoff and Kushner.
