Fujian Meteorological Observatory forecasts Typhoon Bavi moving toward waters
east of Taiwan and entering the 24‑hour typhoon warning zone on the morning of
July 10, beginning to affect offshore fishing grounds. The Fujian Maritime
Safety Administration elevated typhoon preparedness to a level‑3 emergency
response at 08:00 on July 8 and designated waters north of Quanzhou as the
primary area of focus.
