AI-assisted interviews (33.1%) and automated resume screening (31.8%) were the most common applications. 73.5% of firms said AI resume screening significantly shortens initial screening time; 71.2% reported recruitment chatbots materially improve candidate response efficiency. Pharmaceutical/medical firms recorded the highest recognition of screening time savings at 93.8%.
