CNN reported a US official familiar with an ongoing military review said the
situation remains highly dynamic and planners are still deciding how to carry
out the next round of strikes on Iran. The official said US forces carried out
nighttime sea- and land-based strikes on Iranian targets near the Strait of
Hormuz that degraded Iran’s ability to attack vessels using the Oman route;
afterwards Iran continued to harass shipping by radio but mounted no further
attacks on ships today.
