IEA monthly report: global oil supply rose 4.1 mln bpd in June as flows via the Strait of Hormuz recovered, but remained 9.4 mln bpd below pre-war levels.

A State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Qiang heard a report on digital China construction and called for a systematic push to accelerate build-out of next‑generation telecom networks and national computing‑power networks to enable economic and social development. The meeting asked for stepped-up frontier technology R&D and improved assessment and prevention/control of emerging security risks.
