As of 11:00 on July 11, VariFlight's typhoon track and airport impact map shows 56 airports are expected to be affected by Typhoon Bavi between July 11-13. On July 11 Wenzhou Longwan, Fuzhou Changle, Taizhou Luqiao and Lishui airports had all arrivals and departures canceled. Taipei Taoyuan's cancellation rate reached 99% and Ningbo Lishe's 60%. As of 08:30 on July 11 airlines at Hangzhou planned to cancel 198 flights for the day; Shanghai's two airports planned nearly 400 cancellations.

CNN reported satellite imagery showing Iran may be rebuilding suspected nuclear and missile-related facilities, with new activity at multiple sites in late June–early July. Images indicate repair and reconstruction at a facility called Taleghan‑2 at the Parchin military base — which some experts link to storage of nuclear explosive material — including restoration of craters from prior U.S./Israeli strikes. Imagery of a suspected underground site named Gaoshan shows vehicle movement into tunnels during the period the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding signed June 17 was in effect, raising questions whether Iran breached the late‑June MoU; the activity predates U.S. President Trump’s decision to terminate the MoU and order new strikes.
