President Zelenskiy said Ukraine is adjusting its political strategy and will
assign experienced officials to lead priority foreign-policy areas including US
relations and a Patriot manufacturing license, bilateral security cooperation, a
European missile-defence project, EU accession, ties with neighbours (notably
Poland and Hungary), Middle East/Gulf engagement and coordination with
international actors that can help end the war. Domestically, Kyiv will boost
frontline and border defenses, increase deliveries of weapons including multiple
drone types and prioritise winter preparedness. Zelenskiy said state-owned
enterprise reform and speedier implementation of reconstruction agreements will
be accelerated. He signalled a personnel reshuffle, including a cabinet
reorganisation, appointing Prime Minister Svyrydenko to oversee the new
partner-focused portfolio and replacing heads of law-enforcement agencies.
