Ukraine President ZELENSKIY is considering replacing the prime minister as part
of a political-strategy shift and may nominate the head of the state oil and gas
company, Serhiy Kolyetsky, or former prime minister and current energy minister
Denys Shmyhal. ZELENSKIY met both candidates and has asked incumbent Prime
Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko to take responsibility for new strategic partnership
work. He said winter preparedness is a top priority and called for accelerated
transformation of state-owned enterprises.
