After a short fall, a second peak arrived at 16:00 on July 12 with inflow 3,460 m3/s and water level 218.98 m. The second peak is now stored in the reservoir. To ease downstream flood pressure, operators fully closed the spillway from 13:30 on July 12, halting prior releases of about 250 m3/s
