entrepreneurs, urging a smooth shift from old to new growth drivers by
accelerating manufacturing’s digital-intelligent transformation and deeper
integration of advanced manufacturing with modern services. He called for
scaling commercial deployment of AI and other emerging technologies to cultivate
new industries and sectors, implementing job-stabilization measures—expanding
and upgrading positions and creating new occupations—to ensure overall
employment stability, and promptly addressing business concerns by further
optimizing the business environment and using reforms to boost market vitality
and support firms.
