Yemen's president has instructed the government, armed forces and security agencies to raise their state of alert to protect national sovereignty.

Jiangsu provincial government and Sugon (Dawning Information Industry Co.) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Nanjing on July 11. Jiangsu Governor Liu Xiaotao said the province is a major integrated-circuit cluster with a relatively complete industry and innovation ecosystem, providing a strong basis and wide scope for deeper collaboration. The province urged Sugon to support construction of the "Guanghe Space", increase technology, capital and resource investment in Jiangsu to better back foundation models and intelligent-agent applications, and attract upstream and downstream ecosystem firms; Jiangsu said it will continue to optimize the business environment and advance practical cooperation to a higher level.
