Early on the 14th local time, Iran's military said it launched suicide drones hours earlier to strike US positions in Kuwait, hitting communications systems, fuel storage, a Patriot air-defence battery, a control tower and ammunition depots. The statement added that, in response to recent US missile strikes on parts of Iran's military, the Iranian navy fired cruise missiles at US warships. Iran said its defensive strikes would be calibrated to the severity of enemy actions and would continue.
