Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh said he is committed to the Fed's dual mandate.

CENTCOM said that at the direction of the US president, CENTCOM forces will resume a maritime blockade of traffic entering and leaving Iranian ports at 4:00 p.m. ET on July 14 (04:00 Beijing July 15). Forces will enforce blockade measures on vessels to and from Iranian ports and coastal areas; US forces will continue to permit transit for vessels that do not violate the blockade in regional waters.

Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh said the Fed will adhere to its responsibilities; the more it does so, the less it will be drawn into politics.
