He said Iran never left the negotiating table, accused the U.S. of tearing up the Islamabad memorandum of understanding, and said Iran will not be the first to bow and request talks with the U.S.

According to the BofA Global Fund Manager Survey, fund managers' confidence in the global economy is at a four-year high. Despite unease about AI, 41% of managers expect the global economy to prosper over the next 12 months, the highest share since Feb. 2022; 47% expect stagflation over the same period—growth falling below trend while inflation remains elevated.
