On July 16, Shanghai and Shenzhen combined turnover totaled CNY 2.404 trillion, down CNY 167.59 billion from the prior session. Shanghai turnover was CNY 1,124.21 billion (prev. CNY 1,226.30 billion) with volume 535 mln lots (prev. 576 mln); Shenzhen turnover was CNY 1,279.36 billion (prev. CNY 1,344.86 billion) with volume 666 mln lots (prev. 689 mln). Zhongji Xuchuang led stocks by turnover at CNY 34.47 billion, followed by Dongshan Precision CNY 30.68 billion, GigaDevice CNY 28.81 billion, Lanqi Technology CNY 25.58 billion and Xinyisheng CNY 22.05 billion.

Short-drama apps led monetization, making up eight of the top 20 revenue earners; PictureThis revenue rose 237% QoQ and AI video generator Kling AI entered the revenue ranking at #17. On downloads, new products scaled rapidly while incumbents kept acquiring users: ByteDance’s PineDrama downloads rose 460% QoQ and NetShort posted concurrent gains in downloads and revenue.
