China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance said June power and storage battery sales totaled 196.0 GWh, up 7.6% MoM and 49.1% YoY. Power batteries accounted for 133.4 GWh (68.1% of total), up 5.0% MoM and 41.8% YoY. Storage batteries were 62.6 GWh (31.9%), up 13.4% MoM and 67.5% YoY. Jan–Jun cumulative sales reached 979.4 GWh, up 48.6% YoY; cumulative power battery sales 661.3 GWh (67.5%), up 36.2% YoY; cumulative storage battery sales 318.1 GWh (32.5%), up 83.4% YoY.
