The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs reported the agricultural-products
wholesale price 200 index was 111.62 on July 16, unchanged from a day earlier,
and the vegetable-basket wholesale price index was 111.44, also unchanged. As of
14:00, national wholesale prices were: pork 15.86 yuan/kg (+0.2% vs yesterday);
beef 66.98 yuan/kg (+0.1%); mutton 64.35 yuan/kg (flat); eggs 9.93 yuan/kg
(-0.5%); broiler chicken 17.40 yuan/kg (-0.5%).
