UBTECH (09880.HK) signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation memorandum of
understanding with a delegation from the Republic of Kazakhstan at a high-level
meeting in Shanghai, witnessed by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The deal aims
to deploy UBTECH’s full-stack humanoid robot technology in Kazakhstan,
leveraging Kazakhstan’s policy incentives and local market potential to
establish a Central Asia benchmark in embodied intelligence and to support
technology talent development and high-end manufacturing upgrades. Under the
MoU, cooperation will focus on industry deployment, R&D innovation and education
initiatives.
