As of July 10, 2026, a third-party tracker showed China's equity private funds'
average equity exposure rose to 83.70%, up 0.15 percentage point week-on-week.
The metric has climbed since May 15, gaining 3.61 percentage points and rising
for three consecutive weeks, reaching a year-to-date and near four-year high.
Funds with positions above 80% accounted for 69.55% of equity private funds;
18.78% were positioned between 50% and 80%. 100-billion-yuan class equity
private funds held an average exposure of 87.41%, with 72.57% of that cohort
above the 80% threshold.
