At about 09:00 on July 17 a landslide near Wujiang Third Bridge, Hanjia subdistrict, Pengshui county, Chongqing caused house collapses and left people trapped. The ministry dispatched 100 professional rescuers with equipment from the Natural Disaster Engineering Emergency Rescue Center (China Aneng Group). The national comprehensive fire and rescue team deployed 49 vehicles and 206 personnel to the site.
