On July 18 at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, T-Head open-sourced its self-developed AI software stack, T-Head SAIL. SAIL is the low-level software layer for T-Head’s Zhenwu AI chip, designed to maximize chip compute. Effective immediately, global developers can download the full-stack SDK, kernel drivers, performance profiling and debugging tools, and technical documentation from the T-Head developer community.
