Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on the 18th on his official social media that Ukrainian forces carried out long-range strikes on multiple Russian targets, including two logistics hubs in Moscow and Tambov regions—more than 500 km and about 700 km from the front lines—used to move sanctioned components for drone and navigation-equipment production. He said they also struck an oil facility and targets in the Sea of Azov, the Black Sea and in Crimea.

ZELENSKIY said the NSDC's primary tasks are efficient coordination of security and defense work, daily oversight of implementation of decisions, and coordinating defense production as a priority.
