On July 19 at a sub-forum of the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, parties signed an agreement to co‑build a Yangtze River Delta collaborative AI investment platform. Signatories included Yangtze River Delta Investment Company; State Development & Investment Corporation (SDIC); Shanghai State‑owned Investment Company; Jiangsu Gaotou Investment Group; Zhejiang State‑owned Capital Company; Anhui Investment Group; and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB).

Israeli military said the explosive that killed a Lebanese soldier earlier today in Mansouri, southern Lebanon, was not its device. Lebanon’s army said a "suspicious object" inside a military vehicle exploded in the southern town, killing one soldier and wounding another. The Israeli military said the Lebanese vehicle ran over the device in the border "security zone", that Israeli troops had not been operating in the area recently, and that the device may have been emplaced by Hezbollah.
