At a State Council briefing, Customs said that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period it will accelerate key border-port projects and implement 57 port-facility renovation works, fast-tracking rail border ports including Tu'ergate and Ganqimaodu to modernize customs and optimize port-opening layout.
