Beijing State-owned Assets Operation Co., a pilot municipal state-owned capital investment company, said it is confident in China’s economic and capital market outlook and will support market stability. The firm will prioritise becoming a leading domestic state-owned capital investor, align with policy on building a modern industrial system and supporting new quality productive forces, and pursue an industry-investment plus fund-investment model. It will step up share accumulations in listed holdings, promote M&A and restructuring of listed companies, act as long-term, patient and strategic capital, and push its controlled listed companies to prioritise investors by improving operating quality, increasing dividends and promptly addressing market concerns.

A-share IPv6-related stocks climbed after the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission issued the Implementation Plan for Deepening IPv6 Technical Innovation and Integrated Application (2026–2030). Unisplendour jumped over 7% and Ruijie Networks rose over 5%; ZTE, Wangsu Science & Technology and FiberHome also gained. The plan targets a comprehensive improvement in end-to-end IPv6 penetration by 2027 and says technical innovation and integrated applications should deliver significant phased results during 2026–2030.
