Yushu Technology founder and CEO Wang Xingxing told the World Internet Conference Digital Silk Road forum in Xi'an on July 22 that an embodied‑intelligence "ChatGPT moment" could arrive as soon as two to three years. Yemen’s deputy foreign minister told Al Arabiya that Iran is seeking to open a front in Yemen and that Iran and its Houthi proxies pose a threat to the wider region. He warned the security of the Strait of Hormuz is a global issue and said the international community recognises that no peace is possible while the Houthis remain. He added Yemen has completed administrative procedures to enable unified military decision-making and said the government does not want to be drawn into war but will not be forced into one.
