Saudi media reported the Saudi-flagged vessel Encelia was attacked while
transiting the Red Sea, causing a fire in the bow. A Saudi Public Transport
Authority official said all crew are safe and authorities have taken measures to
secure the vessel, protect personnel and safeguard the marine environment.
Yemen's Houthi movement has claimed responsibility for attacks on two ships,
naming Encelia and Layla.
