In 1H26 the two units have used part of their own funds to expand capacity, with output gradually being released. On June 17, 2026 the company filed a simplified private placement proposal to raise up to 300 million yuan to fund the Jinfu South China liquid‑cooling plate production base and expansion projects at Zhuohui Metal and Lianyi Thermal Energy; the fundraising is underway. Until proceeds are received, Jinfu will advance the projects using internally raised funds to accelerate expansion and meet rapidly growing customer orders.
