UK media on July 22, citing a Lebanese government official, reported Lebanon and Israel plan to attend a new round of talks in Italy on Aug. 4. China said this principle follows its cyber‑sovereignty stance and expressed willingness to cooperate with other parties to steer international cyberspace governance toward a more just, reasonable and effective order and to build a shared‑future community in cyberspace.
