China 2-year government bond futures (TS) most-active contract fell 0.03%; 5-year (TF) and 10-year (T) contracts were down 0.08% each; 30-year (TL) rose 0.20%.

The State Council approved and the General Administration of Sport published the national 'Sports Power' 15th Five-Year special plan, the first national-level plan focused on building a sports power. It sets 2030 targets including per-capita sports venue area of about 4 sqm, regular exercise participation around 40%, a national fitness 'good' rate of 31.1%, world-champion counts ranked among the global leaders, and a total sports industry scale exceeding 7 tln yuan.

Spot gold rose more than 2% intraday, breaching $4,160/oz. Spot silver jumped over 3% to $60.62/oz.
