Wang Yi said rising global disorder is creating severe challenges for regional
countries and urged China and Vietnam, as socialist developing states, to
implement high-level bilateral consensus and strengthen unity and cooperation.
He called for continued close high-level exchanges, fuller use of the
China‑Vietnam "3+3" strategic dialogue mechanism (diplomacy, defense, public
security), and expanded practical cooperation on connectivity and artificial
intelligence, saying the two sides should keep bilateral ties at the forefront
regionally and jointly safeguard regional peace and development.
