KATZ convened an emergency security assessment at defense ministry headquarters with IDF chief of staff Zamir and senior officers and warned that if Iran mounts any form of attack against Israel it would face a “devastating” response.

South Korean financial regulators are studying a plan to bring forward a planned increase in minimum cash margin requirements for single-stock leveraged ETFs from next month to the end of this month. The move is being advanced after calls from South Korea's President Lee to expedite supplementary measures for single-stock leveraged ETFs. The Korea Financial Investment Association on the 21st held a technical meeting with brokers, the Korea Exchange and Koscom IT staff to discuss implementation. Regulators are still finalising the precise timing and how the new margin will be applied.
