Kremlin says it will wait for the US to present new proposals to resolve the Ukraine conflict.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian said at a regular briefing that Chinese authorities and trade associations have issued statements regarding the launch of a safeguard investigation into imported beef. China has been Brazil’s largest trading partner for 17 consecutive years; bilateral trade rose nearly 30% YoY in 1H, and Brazil’s exports to China account for over 30% of its total exports. China said it is willing to maintain communication with Brazil and other parties and further expand healthy, stable economic and trade cooperation.
