The meeting included global tech executives and Korean conglomerate chiefs, including Samsung Electronics chairman Lee Jae-yong and SK Group chairman Choi Tae-won. Lee said: "South Korea will achieve leapfrog development and become an irreplaceable core country in the global AI supply chain." He added: "Leveraging Korea's world-leading competitiveness and production capacity in memory chips, Korea will become a trusted AI chip production base and supply-chain partner."
